Awful customer service. For some reason when I arrived my our account had been deleted (no idea why) and my card would not work. The lady on the desk called over someone to have a look who just said there was nothing she could do and I would have to go away re-register and come back (just travelled half an hour to get there) and would not give me my card back! It seemed there was nothing she wanted to do and she was quite rude and abrupt. Subsequently went to Avonmouth Bookers who were really really helpful and sorted it all out and my account is working again. Strange how one place can be so rude and the other so nice.
